Curry for Community Good – Raise £400 and much more for your community group
Introduce our frozen Indian ready meal range to friends, family and colleagues and when they make a purchase, we will donate £10 to your chosen charity, school PTA or community group on the first order, and then a further £2 each and every time that customer orders again.
The list of potential customers is endless, whether they be friends and family, colleagues, or of course the members of the organisation for which you are raising the money.
The attractions of our frozen Indian ready meal range to customers are:
- Great curries and great value (for starters, there’s no VAT on frozen food)
- Healthy eating, with 85% of dishes containing fewer than 500 calories and 85% gluten free
- £5 off all first orders
- Convenient online ordering and next day delivery, nationwide
Your chosen charity or community group will benefit from the following:
- £10 donation for every initial customer order
- £2 donation for every repeat customer order
‘Since launching in 2010, I’ve always consciously supported local suppliers and businesses wanting to put something back into the community that supports Inders Kitchen. Now, our frozen ready meal delivery service enables us to actually raise money for local community activities as well.
The ‘curry for community good’ programme encourages local communities to spread the word amongst their friends and family and to order from our frozen range of Indian ready meals, in return for us making sizeable donations to their chosen charity or community group.
Firstly, spreading the word in this manner means we can avoid expensive media advertising and instead make a generous £10 donation to a nominated charity or cause, such as a school PTA, on all first orders. We will then also donate £2 for all orders thereafter so the more orders made means more money raised for your chosen cause. There’s no VAT to pay on frozen ready meals, so customers can enjoy great value for money too.’ Inder
If you introduce 20 customers in one month, you will raise £200 that month and as on average our customers order five times a year, you could raise a further £200 during the following 12 months from those same 20 customers.
Start to make curries do good for your chosen charity or community group
To get you started, all you need to do is email me at email@example.com with your contact details (name, email, contact number, email address) and also the name of the charity or community group that you are supporting. In return, you will receive a promotional code specific to that charity or group, as well as email and letter content templates for you to use in order to promote this programme to your networks. We will also send you an information pack containing printed vouchers for you to distribute. We will also set up a web page in this section of our website to help you to promote this offer, as well as keep everyone updated with the amount of money being raised for your chosen charity or community group.
Of course, if you've not ordered from our frozen ready meal delivery service before, you'll automatically receive a £5 discount and we will also contribute £10 to your chosen charity or community group.
Keeping track of how much has been raised
At the beginning of each month, we’ll send you a statement outlining the number of customers who have ordered and the amount of money you have raised during the previous month. With this, we’ll also send you confirmation of any BACS transfer that we will have made to your chosen charity or community group. Payments are made on the last Friday of the month for orders placed the previous month. We will also publish these online.
